At Prime Decor, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition (where applicable).

⚠️ No returns will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or size issues, as most products are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@primedecore.in within 48 hours of receiving the product with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images/videos showing the damage or issue
  • Description of the problem

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days.


Return Approval & Pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the return process.
  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
  • Items returned without original packaging (where applicable)
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
